1. Hourly rate, which requires advance appointments and applies to on site technician's time, minimum of one hour charge will be applied to all networking jobs.2. Block of hours, which can be purchased at a discounted price and can be used any time with no minimum charge with the maximum response time of four hours. With the purchase of 25 HRS block and above, you will get emergency respond time of an hour at no extra charge. Customer only pays for the required parts or any upgrade to the existing units.
3. Service Contracts, that covers all system maintenance within a period of one year for fixed price that can be paid on monthly basis (parts excluded).
Labor Rate:
Blocks of time will get discounted as follows:* BLK25: $2875.00 Block of 25 hours
* BLK50: $5450.00 Block of 50 hours
* BLK100: $10500.00 Block of 100 hours
